This could become also your slogan for the next year! Having celebrated the millenium with our clients in Sicily by offering a special New Year programme, many of them asked us to repeat an event like this. The staff of Solemar-Sicilia spent a lot of time creating a new and enticing programme which we hope you will like.

We chose activities which you would want to do as a real group experience. However, this is not purely a group holiday, so we suggest to rent a car to join all the activities. If you travel alone you can be sure you'll meet interesting people staying in a shared apartment with whom you can do a lot of things in addition to the organised programme. It is an easy way to get in touch with other people who share your interests.

As far as accommodation is concerned, there are no limits either to the type of accommodation or the place. Find interesting offers here.

29.12. 19°° Dinner in a typical Trattoria in Palermo and then discover Palermo by night! ( no transfers offered)
30.12. Opera "Norma" at the Teatro Massimo in Palermo ( as a suggestion )
31.12. New Year's Eve Party at Marta's in Porticello "Slowfood Il Melangolo" with an incredible menue and a delicious choice of wines (no transfers offered)
New Year's Day: free time on your own
02.01.day trip by bus to Segesta (Greek Tempel) – there from the temple (!) - we continue to Custonaci and visit of the Presepe Vivente (real “alive” creche) in an enormous cavern (all entrance fees included).
03.01. free time on your own
04.01. We go together to an Agriturismo in the Madonie-Mountains and learn how to make the typical Sicilian Ricotta cheese and other types of cheese. Afterwards you taste a choice of typical dishes and while Sicilian musicians entertain us delicious wines will be served.
