There are 3 airports in sicily : Palermo, Catania and Tràpani, all served by every greater airline. Best way to arrive is the airport in Palermo. You can take a rental car at the airport, travel by train to your accommodation or you use our transfer service.
By Motorway: leave the motorway at Bagheria and follow the signals to Aspra-Mare-Mongerbino, you will drive along a road planted with trees for about 2 km towards the beach. At the end of the road, turn right to Mongerbino. The picturesque coast road is via Perez, where your flats are located, stop at number 85a, park your car and you will find the door bell on the left of the gate behind a bush. Ring the bell labeled "Carnevale-Grüßner" or “Solemar ufficio”. We will welcome you!
Arrival at Catania airport. take the coach to Palermo (the coach service company is SAIS); the bus stop is in front of the airport. The timetable for the departures is. 8.10; 9.10; 10.10, 11.10; 12.10; 13.10; 14.10, 15.10; 16.10, 16.40, 17.10; 17.40; 18.10; 18.40; 19.10; 19.25; 19.40; 19.55; 20.10; 20.25; 20.40; 21.10. The coaches leave every 60 minutes, the ticket is about EUR 16,00. The arrival in Palermo is expected after two hours and a half. The coach will leave you at Palermo central station. From here you can take the train to Bagheria ( it will take about 12 minutes ), the ticket is EUR 2,00, you will find a regular train to Bagheria until 9.40 p.m. When you arrive in Bagheria, call +39 338 7372833 for a free transfer service to Mongerbino, if you wish to take a taxi from Palermo Central Station to Bagheria, the fare must not be over Euro 30,-! Arrange the price with the taxi driver before getting on the car!
Arrival at Palermo airport: Upon request the Solemar-Sicilia arranges a transfer service from the airport to Mongerbino. Prices: Palermo airport- Mongerbino 1 person EUR 50,00 - 2 persons EUR 60,00. The regular taxi fare would be about Euro 80,-! You must book and arrange the transfer service by fax or by phone as soon as possible. Otherwise from the airport take the train to Palermo central station ( until 10 p.m. ) The ticket is about EUR 6,00. The trains leave every 30 minutes. At central station, you can take the train to Bagheria ( it will take about 12 minutes ), the ticket is EUR 2,30, you will find a regular train to Bagheria until 8.40 p.m. When you arrive in Bagheria, call +39 338 7372833 for a free transfer service to Mongerbino, if you wish to take a taxi from Palermo Central Station to Bagheria, the fare must not be over Euro 30,-! From Genova and Neapel ferries drive several times weekly to Palermo. If you travel with the car , you can reach us from Palermo without problems. By Ferry-Boat. leave the harbour, turn left to Bagheria /Messina. After passing through a town called Ficarazzi you will arrive at a crossroad that is the entrance to Bagheria, then turn left to Aspra. At this point, follow the above instructions marked with the asterisk

Direct connections insist from all important cities of Europe to the larger cities on the Italian mainland, which have connection for their part after Messina and Palermo. The distance from the mainland to Sicilies must be put back on a ferry. From Germany one can be driven also with the car on the railway autocourse with the course to Neapel and from there further with the car to Sicilies.
