The holiday villa “Giovitto” is located on the magnificent rocky coast of Mongerbino on the Gulf of Palermo. The large terrace with swimming pool is located directly above the sea and a private staircase leads down to a rocky bay. Behind it is the fully equipped kitchen with access to a small terrace with barbecue area.

A gate leads first into the parking area and then through a Mediterranean garden with pine trees to the villa. The entrance leads into the living area with a large window front facing the sea, which is furnished with a sofa area, Smart TV and a dining table. A small hallway leads to the three double bedrooms with terrace access and two shower rooms.

On the large terrace there is a swimming pool, several areas with loungers and seating furniture and a dining area with a barbecue.

The villa is equipped with air conditioning units for cooling and heating.
